My Snug room was super cozy and just the right size for me, with a very comfortable bed. The shower was a bit of a challenge, but I figured it out. The hotel is beautifully decorated, with great attention to detail, and the reception staff were friendly, helpful and generous with their smiles. The location’s perfect for walking to Covent Garden, Seven Dials, Soho, Picaddily Circus, Chinatown and more. I came straight from the airport on the Elizabeth line, got off at Tottenham Court Road station, and walked a short way to the hotel. Check-in took seconds. I felt safe and comfortable, had a great stay, and can’t wait to return to The Hoxton Holborn.

The room was amazing and quiet, and both the lobby and lobby bar were great and lively. Luis was attentive behind the bar and made an excellent cocktail. I’d highly recommend the pretty green and orange wine old fashioned cocktails.

Jenny was super friendly and made a good day exploring London even better. I told her I liked whiskey, and she chose the perfect drink for me. She also suggested some great places to check out later that evening. The cocktails were amazing, and the service was just as good. We had a great time here!

We had an amazing night celebrating my birthday. Beth was extremely accommodating when we sat down for food, and her recommendations were great. Luis was really friendly and quick with the drinks. Brilliant customer service all round.

The lobby’s a lovely place to work during the day, and the hotel is great, close to Soho and within walking distance of King’s Cross. Luis makes great cocktails and is really helpful when you ask about the flavours. Definitely ask for him at the bar.
