There was no lift, and every room required climbing stairs. I ended up being sent to the fourth floor with a large suitcase, even though I couldn't manage the steps. My booking was for a second-floor room, but there were no keys available for it. I arrived at 9pm after booking through expedia and couldn't find any advance notice that nobody would be on site to help outside working hours. Ryan answered the doorbell, sounding frustrated, and told me to check my emails for instructions on getting into the room or call again. Unless you're looking for an Airbnb-style experience and can carry your suitcases up long flights of stairs, I wouldn't book here.

It's a great spot right on regents street for shopping and sightseeing, and the price was good. There are lots of stairs to get to the rooms because there's no lift, so if you're not fit, book a lower floor. Otherwise, highly recommend.

The apartment had a well-equipped kitchen and sitting area, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay at our own pace. The staff were very friendly, and the location was fantastic, with lots of good food nearby. Buckingham Place, the Thames and Parliament were only a 15-20-minute walk away. Look for the small black door next to the Patara restaurant. There's no elevator, so the stairs can be a challenge after walking 15,000 steps in a day. Highly recommended.

Apartment 12 on the fifth floor was bright, comfortable and beautifully designed, with lovely extra touches and gifts. The reception team gave us a warm welcome at Marvellous Maddox, on a very pretty street with an amazing location. One small downside, there are no blinds in the kitchen, dining area or study, so the nearby offices can see in.

Our reservation was cancelled just a few days before we were due to stay. They said repairs to a boiler were needed, which may be true, but I'd planned the whole trip around this location. Thankfully Expedia is helping us. This doesn't seem to be the first time they've cancelled at the last minute, and I wouldn't recommend booking here.
