It’s a great little place for a short stay, with a good range of facilities that make things easier. The rooms may be basic, but the staff have always gone above and beyond. It’s clean, well located in ilford, and has free parking. From there it’s easy to reach the ilford, green lane and back to the A406 and A13 if needed. For the price, I found it pleasantly surprising and would highly recommend it.

A simple room at a reasonable price, with fairly good cleanliness and the things we needed, including an extra pillow, shampoo, and extra toilet paper. I’d recommend it and stay again.

The staff were understanding and really helpful, and the place was clean and a very good price. I stayed with my four-month-old son, who liked it, so I enjoyed being there too. It was a very nice stay.

You get what you pay for? Not here. Calling this place basic would be generous, and it barely feels like a hotel. The carpet along the skirting boards clearly hasn't been vacuumed properly in ages. It seems they only give things a quick once-over after guests leave, with a vacuum whose attachments must have disappeared long ago.
