The doctors and nurses have been great when I've seen them before, and other receptionists have handled things better too. But this morning's receptionist was very poorly trained and the whole thing was really bad. They didn't even take my details, let alone ask about other symptoms or how long I'd had them, before telling me over the phone that no doctor or nurse would see me at all. If this is how the surgery triages patients now, I'm going elsewhere.

I left my recent appointment with nurse Nardia feeling heard and much clearer about my situation. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and reassuring.

Nadia took my blood test and was amazing, very professional. It was a great experience, and I highly recommend her. 💓

This GP surgery is awful, don't register here. The GPs are negligent and share patients' private details with reception staff. I haven't seen a doctor here who didn't have to look things up on Google during an appointment, even when I brought my daughter in with a cold. They don't take mental health seriously and just try to pass you on to a service with a waiting list, leaving you to manage on your own in the meantime. A disgrace. Reception staff have no manners and speak sarcastically.
