The room was spacious and very clean, and the bed was really comfortable. We also found the location great, and the staff were friendly and helpful from check-in onward. After checkout, I realized I'd left a valuable item behind. I couldn't get back to the hotel, but the team kindly arranged to have it delivered to me, which saved me a lot of worry. I really appreciated their honesty and how well they looked after us. Nottingham place hotel London has a caring team, and I'd happily stay there again.

Stefan at the front desk was so helpful and ready to assist with anything during our stay. The rooms looked just like the online pictures. Baker Tube station is around the corner, and there's a shopping street with plenty of shops and restaurants just one street away. One thing to know when booking: the main hotel and reception are on one side of the street, while some extra rooms are across the road. We loved our stay.
The team here gave me the best service I've had, even compared with five-star hotels I've stayed in. The employees and manager were so sweet and helpful, and I felt very warmly welcomed. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, both important to me. It's also really central, with lovely cafes and restaurants close by. I'd definitely recommend staying here in London.
I came back to my room at 10:30 PM after going out around 7:30 PM and found $1,500 USD missing. I'd counted my money before leaving, so I'm certain it disappeared while I was out. There are cameras at the main entrance, but none in the hallways by the rooms, and security overall seemed very limited. It seemed easy for staff to enter rooms without guests knowing. When I returned, reception was unattended because, I was told, no staff stay on site after 10:00 PM. I felt completely unprotected. I reported what happened the next morning, since the hotel's emergency number wasn't working. The staff member who helped me didn't accept responsibility or offer a solution. With these security concerns and complaints not taken seriously, I wouldn't recommend staying here. The hotel urgently needs to improve protections for guests.
The room was large and came with a fridge, bottled water, and tea and coffee facilities. The AC worked properly, so we slept well. Reception were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in a quiet area. I booked for a vacation with my daughter. The place is a bit old-fashioned, but we had a pleasant stay and I'd definitely recommend it.
