Women feel extremely unsafe around this hotel because men spend hours drinking at the entrance and harassing girls while security watches. I had to ask the hotel security guys to step in, even though they could see how uncomfortable I was, and they watched the whole thing. Novotel needs to stop these men from hanging around and drinking there, and make sure security intervenes when women are being harassed. If you're a woman, don't book this hotel. The street feels scary, with lots of men drinking heavily and following girls at night. This is unacceptable and appalling, and it's bad for the hotel's image. Thanks to the one security guy in his car who helped, even though he didn't work for Novotel. Please take action.

I only wanted to charge my car in the parking area at night, and stayed for 30 minutes. I paid my electricity bill, but to my surprise I got fined a few days later for staying there. I didn't even see that parking had to be paid for. This was at 10 pm, and the system fined me for a short evening stop, so I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're coming at night. It's atrocious. I've begun my will to live, and I even want to suicide. One star.

Lovely place to spend time, with good food choices. Thanks to chef Jenoshka for the lovely special chlocate cake. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Breakfast was good, though I thought the dinner selection could be broader. Check-in also took longer than it should have in the reception area. I stayed four nights and was impressed by the friendly, professional service from everyone, including Promise at reception. The room was amazingly spacious, with a huge TV and a nice-looking, clean bathroom. Both were fit for purpose.

For a business stay, the rooms worked well: good-sized, modern and well equipped. Staff were polite and friendly, and the food and drink were reasonably priced and good quality considering the usually inflated London prices in areas like this. My only reason for four stars was an IT issue at check-in. I waited at reception for nearly 30 minutes while they sorted it out and activated my room key. Otherwise, a really nice hotel, and I’d certainly use it again.
