Novotel London Paddington

We really enjoyed using the pool and sauna each morning before breakfast. They were immaculate, and the changing rooms also looked recently refurbished. The hotel is quiet despite being very central, and its facilities are excellent. Our buffet breakfast was very good, with different specials each day. The whole team was friendly, polite, and welcoming, and kept asking how we'd slept or how our day had gone. Probably the friendliest hotel staff we've come across. Oumaima gave us a particularly warm welcome and was so helpful and accommodating. Our room on the 10th floor had recently been refurbished to a high standard, and we were delighted with how comfortable and tastefully decorated it was. The renovation work didn't affect us since it only happened during working hours while we were out. We'd stayed at the Novotel London Paddington before, when travelling as a family, and came back for a three-day break, this time just the two of us. The location is perfect for exploring London, and we'd had a great experience on our previous visit too. We will return. Well done, Novotel Paddington.

The bedroom had a wonderful view, and the room was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Thanks to Melbern and Nicolleta for the warm welcome. Allwyn and Priyanka made dinner a pleasure, and their suggestions for drinks and dishes were spot on when we couldn't decide. The gym and pool facilities were clean and lovely. Manager Ihjas also made us feel welcome and left a nice treat in our room.

Imran made my stay feel special and comfortable, and I'd gladly return because of his service. He was patient, helpful, and knew his stuff, making everything feel smooth and easy. From the minute I arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and attentive, always greeting guests with a genuine smile. He went out of his way to make sure everything was right. It's rare to meet someone so dedicated to their work. He's a real asset to the team, and I'd highly recommend the hotel.

I come back to Novotel Paddington because it's extremely convenient, right across the street from my workplace. This was only a one-night visit, and my usual stays are one or two nights, so it was a little short to judge everything. The room was clean and fine for a short solo stay, though a bit small. It was comfortable, but could use some refurbishment, especially around the dated bathroom and toilet area. Dinner in the lobby restaurant and breakfast the next morning were both tasty and plentiful. Staff across the hotel were professional, helpful, and available.
