Novotel London Tower Bridge

The team made us feel welcome, and a special thanks to our guide, Rakin, whose positive energy, professionalism and helpfulness made our stay memorable. The hotel is in a beautiful, scenic area that's great for walks and exploring. Rooms are spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. I also loved having two saunas and a well-equipped gym. I had an amazing time and highly recommend it for comfort and great vibes. I'll definitely be back!

Being near both the train and underground stations made it easy to get around London, and the riverside location gave us interesting walks. I didn't know London well, so that convenience really helped. The room was spacious, and when I asked whether I could have a bath, my request was granted. I also appreciated the filtered water station by the lift, along with those small conveniences that made the stay more comfortable. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were friendly and shared useful information. A great stay.

Eva and Raikan at reception were especially kind, welcoming and ready to help, and the staff throughout were friendly, professional and attentive. Breakfast was outstanding, with a great choice and quality of food. Novotel London Tower Bridge is in an excellent spot for public transport and major attractions. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I’d happily stay again on my next London visit. Highly recommend it.

The location was perfect for our visit to the Tower of London, and breakfast had plenty of options. Our room was clean and big enough, with a very comfortable bed. We appreciated the iron and ironing board because our evening outfits had creased during the journey, and the tea and kettle were a nice touch. The main drawback was the quite yellow lighting. If you prefer daylight or less yellow light like I do, you might notice it too. We arrived very early and Intizer greeted us with a big smile, let us leave our luggage in a locked room, and reassured us they were doing their best to get the room ready. We were out and about all day and got back late, so the wait was fine. Check-out with Taisir was smooth, and he seemed to genuinely care about my feedback on the lighting. We had a very positive stay. Thank you, Intizer, for the great welcome. It made a difference!
