The location was fab, right by Waterloo Train station and a four-minute walk from Waterloo underground. It was quiet overnight, with no obvious train noise. There are a Co-op and Iceland beside the hotel, along with lovely bars and pizza places. We'd stay again. We arrived early at 9am and were able to leave our bags. When we came back, check-in was easy and the bags were already in our room. The room had enough space for two, lots of storage and plenty of outlets, both plugs and USB. There was a coffee machine, kettle and fridge. The bathroom was a good size, and the shower was huge with great pressure.

We only stayed one night, but really enjoyed it. The room was modern and clean, with everything we needed. Having extra kitchen gear was incredibly handy: a microwave, cooker, pans, cutlery and a sink for washing up. Check-in was quick and easy. The location is fantastic, right next to Waterloo station. The street has loads of restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops to pick from, and the London eye and Westminster are a ten-minute walk away. Highly recommend it.

The rooms were spotless, kept in good shape and nicely arranged. Every detail seemed taken care of, and it made the stay feel fresh and comfortable. Nox Waterloo has a welcoming atmosphere, with modern style mixed with a homey feel. The staff stood out most. They were attentive, kind and genuinely caring, and spoke with guests in a natural, friendly way that made everyone feel at home. It felt more like being welcomed by extended family than staying at a hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything felt warm and thoughtfully put together. Nox Waterloo combines lovely service, a pleasant atmosphere and clean rooms. I felt appreciated and relaxed, and would be glad to return.

The studio was handy and was cleaned every day, and the room was big, clean and great. We had a wonderful view of the london eye from our window. The staff were so nice, especially Kartik and Alisha, who were professional, kind and warm. We had a brilliant stay at Nox Waterloo and would definitely come back.

Our triple studio had a view of the London eye and a little kitchen with everything we needed: fridge, microwave, stove, sink, toaster and coffee machine. There was a good smart TV too. Thanks to everyone at NOX for a great three-night stay. We only wish we'd had more time in London, and we'll definitely come back. The staff were friendly and helpful, and Naymur deserves a special thanks for being so attentive and making the stay extra special. The room was clean and tidy, and the location was central but quiet, a short walk from the London eye and Waterloo station. Being able to leave our bags before check-in and after check-out was really helpful.
