Mr Hasan was so helpful and kind throughout our stay at Old Ridgeway Hotel, and made us feel very welcome. Everything was spotless and well cared for, and the place felt more like a clean, comfortable home than a hotel. Getting to the West End took about 20 minutes, so exploring London was easy. We had a wonderful stay. I definitely recommend it, and it’ll be my first choice next time I visit London. Thank you, Mr Hasan!

We truly felt at home here. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and we found the service helpful throughout, especially at reception. Housekeeping worked hard every day, and our rooms were always spotless. The hotel was comfortable and well organized, with particularly cozy beds and ideal ventilation. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

There was hair on the bathroom window and in the drawers, paper rubbish left by previous visitors, and mould on the walls. The room we booked was very dirty and clearly hadn’t been checked properly. We were offered two replacement rooms, but they looked just as dirty.

My room was spotless and spacious, and arrival was easy, with a quick, smooth check-in. From the moment I got to Ridgeway, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. I had an absolutely wonderful stay.

The prices were very good, and I loved this hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly, kind and respectful. Definitely yes, it’s the best hotel in town.
