We booked two apartments for our family, and the company cancelled them at the very last minute after a rude phone call. It was the worst booking experience I’ve had with this apartment. The service was appalling and unreliable. I wouldn’t have booked with them if I’d seen the bad reviews on TrustPilot. Bookings.com will have to answer for this.
