The rooftop bar and restaurant are lovely, with views across the city, and there's also a café in the lobby that works well for a light breakfast or lunch. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. We had a deluxe double, a bit larger than usual with a few extras, though the fit and finish seemed consistently good across the rooms. Page 8 is opposite the National Gallery, handy for tourists and theatre goers, and Covent Garden is a short walk away. For Central London, it's a well appointed place with clean, spacious rooms at a reasonable price. We'd be glad to stay again.

The downstairs cafe was a highlight for me, especially since it's open 24 hours, and the service was great. Our room was modern, clean and spacious, with a lovely view and plenty of natural light from a large double window. It's also within easy walking distance of lots of places, including Chinatown, Covent Garden, Buckingham Palace and Big Ben. The location is fantastic, and it's an excellent choice for a London visit.

Natalia made this stay for me. She went out of her way to make me comfortable and at home, and her genuine care and personal touch are rare and much appreciated. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, so I slept really well. Inside, there's a calm, serene feeling that contrasts with the crowded, busy city outside, along with a pleasant clean scent as soon as you walk in. The lobby coffee is lovely, and the service always comes with a warm smile. This is my first choice when I visit London, and I'll definitely return. Highly recommended.

Salman was especially kind and helpful when I had an issue with the room. He worked hard to resolve it and showed real concern for both my comfort and my child's. I hope management recognizes him, because people like Salman make a real difference and should be valued and retained. I was well looked after from the start, and my requests were handled with care. I'm very grateful for the service and would definitely recommend the hotel.
