I love the location, but Residential Land feels more like a property organisation than a luxury accommodation provider. They're good at high specs and staging, while the everyday furnishings and living setup feel budget and poorly thought through: cheap linen, small beds, and flimsy coat hangers. Tenants don't get basic information about rubbish collection or how to use the home management system and coffee machine. The TV apps were still logged in to previous tenants' accounts, so tech and privacy seem to be overlooked.

Great location and furniture, though it would feel complete with A/C.

The neighborhood is quiet, and the bus station and supermarket are very close. It's a beautiful, clean and spacious place compared with other apartments in London.
