I’m so glad I found this hotel for a similar price to other London hotels. It was quiet, and I never heard noise nearby. The room was spacious and incredibly clean, with everything looking new and smelling fresh. It seemed recently renovated. The bathroom was huge and spotless, with a proper bathtub, and the bed was enormous, maybe a double super king size if that exists. I’m very happy with my choice and expect this to be my preferred long-term hotel in London.

The restaurant food was great and well priced, and my room was clean and spacious, with a hot, clean shower. I was impressed as soon as I walked into the hotel. The receptionist was friendly and professional. It’s a great midweek place to stay, well away.

The room was comfortable and welcoming, with crisp linens, a comfortable bed, and the amenities neatly arranged. It stayed fresh and well maintained during my visit. The housekeeping team clearly takes pride in their work, as it was spotless in every corner. I had a relaxing, enjoyable stay and would definitely return. I’d highly recommend the Palms Hotel if you want comfort and cleanliness.

This was supposed to be a special Valentine’s Day stay, but the way the booking was handled left us very disappointed. We’d paid a deposit specifically to hold the room, yet on arrival we were told it had been given to someone else. That’s not what a deposit should mean. The room we had booked was advertised as a more luxurious option with Wi-Fi, soundproofing, and proper amenities. Instead, we got a basic room with two separate beds pushed together, no air conditioning, and none of those promised features. We still paid about the same, if not more, despite the downgrade. The lack of organisation and accountability, and the failure to make things right, made the whole experience very frustrating. A partial refund or suitable compensation would be fair.
