For the price, 800pm, I don't regret living here in 2023-2024, but there are a few things to know. The flat was shared by five people, all using one toilet, shower, and kitchen, even though the online listing said two to three per flat. There was no freezer in the kitchen. Freezers were in the basement, but the odd layout made it a five-minute walk from the ground floor. There wasn't a kitchen table either, so you had to eat in your room, which was annoying when guests visited. The guest rules were strict and enforced: overnight guests only twice a week, and nobody could be signed in after 10pm, so a one-night stand was out of the question. About 90% of residents were Chinese students. A Chinese friend told me there are large London accommodation group chats for Chinese students, and they target certain places so they turn into Chinese hubs. I guess this is one of them. Most students here go to Imperial, a handy 20-minute walk away. If you're at Imperial, the price and location were unbeatable, but expect to get what you pay for.

The location and service were amazing, and I want to recognize the helpful staff. After I had an accident, I asked reception and the cleaning staff to help clear out the bins, and they did it straight away. Such great service. I'd recommend the place to everyone 😊

For the location, the price was really affordable, and I loved staying here for the full 16 months. The bed and other furniture were comfortable, staff were excellent, and the weekly cleaning was great. It’s close to the city centre, with the underground, grocery shops, and restaurants nearby. Couldn’t have asked for a better deal. Thanks so much for the service!

Park house helped me feel safe through the whole year, which mattered a lot as an international student settling into a new country. There’s security around the clock and always someone at reception. I loved my stay.

I’m unimpressed. I applied for a room nearly two months ago and was told in the confirmation email to expect a reply within three working days. After hearing nothing for over a week, I called. They asked me to be patient because of the circumstances and said they’d review my application within a week. It’s now been another month since that call, and I still haven’t heard back.
