We were seven in the family, staying from 29 December to 4 January 2026. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and easy to approach. Its convenient, safe location made the holiday even better. On checkout day I was unwell. We were due to leave at 11.00am, but our flight to Malaysia wasn't until 9.00pm. My husband contacted management, and they kindly let us check out late. We're truly grateful for the thoughtful gesture and the wonderful hospitality. Thank you so much, Shawhouse Apartment. 🌸

The area felt very nice and safe, with a special charm, and the flat was in a great spot. We could walk to everything we needed in 10-15 minutes, and I thought it was good value for money. Our three-bedroom flat also had a living room and plenty of space, so we were comfortable there. The downsides were the dated furnishings and a few small things that need fixing, like a loose cable and a broken tile. The underground noise came through very clearly, especially in the evenings and at night, so light sleepers may struggle. The walls and windows are paper-thin too, and we could hear every cough from outside.

The manager helped us with everything we needed, and we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the apartment was in a very good location. We'd come back!

Management was quick to answer all my questions, and public transport is close by. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the location was fantastic. I had an amazing time in London and would definitely recommend staying here!

The house manager was lovely and helpful. The place was very spacious and in an excellent location. We had a few minor issues, but it was still a fantastic stay.
