Viduni's care and attention throughout our stay really stood out. She kept checking that we had everything we needed and made sure things were going well. She was warm, engaging, professional, friendly, and knew the local area well. Since we were there for my parents' 25th Wedding Anniversary, she helped plan our itinerary and suggested places to visit, which made the trip even more special. We arrived at 1pm, completed pre-check-in, and left our luggage with Danis, who was welcoming and very helpful. When we came back to check in properly, the hotel had upgraded our room. A fruit platter, a bottle of red wine, and a handwritten card from the team were waiting there. Those personal touches meant a lot and made the celebration feel special. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was great to be able to drop our bags if we arrived early or leave them after checkout before a later flight. The wifi was good, though the TV setup was new to me: it doesn't have channels or streaming services of its own, so you need to cast from your phone. The rooms were spacious enough and the beds comfortable enough. If you're planning to spend time in your room, try to get one with a view. The Park Plaza London Riverbank hotel is very well located, with the London Eye, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, and other major sights within walking distance. All in all, a great experience.

The staff were welcoming and kind, and the hotel's amenities were spotless and easy to use. We stayed twice recently while in London for work, and loved everything else about the hotel. But both times, the heat was unbearable. During our first stay, we called reception because it was so hot and asked them to check the AC. An engineer came up and said it was working and set to the lowest setting. We still struggled to sleep, even lying on top of the covers. On our second stay, we had the same problem. We wondered if it was just us, then spoke with other guests who felt the same way. Front desk staff said other guests had raised it too and that they'd pass it on. I'd like to give the hotel another chance, but both visits left me with barely any sleep because the room was so uncomfortable. It's a real shame, as we love the rest of the hotel, but I can't face another sleepless night.

The facilities were outstanding, too. From the location near major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, it was incredibly convenient to explore the city. Everything exceeded my expectations from the moment I arrived. I'd highly recommend the Park Plaza Hotel in London and would definitely stay again on my next trip.
