The room was tidy, very clean, and comfortable to use. I stayed for two nights and had breakfast both mornings. There was plenty of choice, everything tasted great, and the breakfast staff were kind and attentive. I’d felt a little anxious being somewhere unfamiliar, so the warmth and reassurance from the staff meant a lot. Anastasiia stood out among the reception team. She guided me with real kindness and professionalism and helped me feel much more at ease. I think she’s a wonderful member of the team and a real asset to the hotel. Her thoughtful service left a lasting impression. I had a very pleasant, comfortable stay and really appreciate the care I received. I’d gladly recommend the hotel.

Anastasiia made us feel welcome throughout our stay. From the start she was friendly, professional, and ready to help with a smile, and she went out of her way to make sure everything was right. Priyanka made arriving after our long trip so much easier. We’d taken a red-eye from the US with a toddler, and she welcomed us warmly and got us into our room earlier than expected. That was a lifesaver. So far, we’re really happy with the stay. The lobby is clean, roomy, and modern, and our room is a comfortable size and looks recently renovated. It has everything we need.

Room 248 was dirty, with hair on the bed and fingerprints on the nightstand and in the bathroom. It was also extremely noisy from the nearby street. The windows really need triple glazing to keep the sound out. The earlier room, 159, wasn’t what I’d booked. I requested a king-size bed but got two small beds instead. It was noisy there too, because builders working on the room next door started around 08:00 and were literally yelling to each other along the floor. The curtains were broken. A maintenance worker came but didn’t fix them, and I was told they’d be repaired the next day while I was out. Nothing was done. When I got back around 18:00, reception didn’t even seem to know about it. After I explained and waited 25 minutes, they moved me. There was no apology, compensation, upgrade, or even a free drink. They just didn’t seem to care. Checking out brought another hassle. I asked for an invoice for room service, but they couldn’t print one. They said they’d email it that day and never did, so now I have to spend time contacting them, retelling the whole story, and trying to get the invoice. Ridiculous. I don’t know how this place got four stars. It should have two. The worst part wasn’t all the problems themselves, but that the staff didn’t care or try to make things right. Disgusting. I’m in the eTravel commity, and I’ll make sure this hotel is removed from the potential hotels in our system. None of this was acceptable or tolerable. Don’t bother, flee while you can.
