Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel & SPA

After a rocky start to our honeymoon, we booked Pestana Chelsea Bridge at the last minute to make the most of the final few days of our trip. The stay completely made our honeymoon, and we’ll definitely return. The staff were all lovely, especially Anna. She upgraded our stay, decorated the room with petals, and left complimentary cakes. She really went above and beyond, and we’re so grateful. The room was spacious, clean, and lovely, with a very comfortable bed. We also loved the breakfast buffet, one of the best we’ve had, with attentive staff and every breakfast option you could imagine. The pool and spa were incredible too, with beautiful dim lighting that made it relaxing and plenty of room to chill and enjoy ourselves.

The spa was lovely, though it could get noisy, and more supervision would help. Someone could tidy the loungers, clear away towels, and keep things relaxing. Breakfast was very good, with attentive staff keeping everything running smoothly. We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel was clean, had a great atmosphere, and was conveniently located. The friendly, attentive staff quickly sorted out a small room issue by upgrading us.

The rooms were good, and I liked both the pool and the gym. Breakfast was acceptable, with a few kinds of food, not a big variety, but good. The staff were very nice. The elevators need maintenance, though, and aren’t working well.

We stayed one night in a two bed suite, four of us in total. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t really use the amenities. Since we were celebrating a special birthday, they kindly left us some cake. The staff were exceptional, especially the gentleman at reception during check-in, though unfortunately I didn’t get his name. The hotel is very convenient for a visit to the power station, and I’d definitely stay again.
