Point A London Canary Wharf

The lobby has had a major renovation since my last visit in 2023. It's brighter, more modern and more welcoming now. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and booking directly through the website got me free breakfast, a nice extra with enough variety for a solid continental meal. This was my second stay at Point A Hotel in Canary Wharf. I came back for the excellent location and value, and it's still convenient, well connected and usually reliable for short London stays. But room cleanliness had clearly slipped. There was a toenail clipping on the bathroom floor, a large stain on the duvet cover, and the fresh towel I requested from reception had body hairs on it. That was well below what I experienced last time and overshadowed the good parts.

A calm and pleasant area, but still with excellent public transport into the city centre. The staff were consistently friendly, professional and ready to help, and breakfast was simple, fresh and well prepared each morning. I had a great stay at this Canary Wharf hotel and would definitely return. It's a solid base for getting quickly around London.

The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and it worked great for what we needed. Check-in was easy, and the staff were polite and helpful. I think there are two buildings, so head to the main one first. Breakfast was offered for £13pp, but there's a Wetherspoons across the street in a beautiful place, The Ledger Building. Just one night for us, but we'd come back.

I loved staying here. It's right by Canary Wharf, with easy transport and lots to see nearby, and the value is unbeatable. My room in the main building was small but clean and had the essentials. The bed was super comfy and the shower was great. The lobby feels modern and cozy, breakfast is perfectly fine, and the reception staff are absolutely lovely.
