Point A London Liverpool Street

The location is amazing in Liverpool Street, a very beautiful city with railway and tube. It also felt clean and safe. Breakfast had great options, including lots of fresh fruit and yogurt. Our room was small, but we knew that already, and not having a window didn't bother us since we spent every day in the city. It was clean, modern and had ambient lights. The people were really nice, especially Irene, who was kind to us throughout all five days and offered to help with everything. I really liked staying here and would visit again.

Breakfast was disappointing, just cold items and a few bakery options, and the basic amenities were minimal. There was no complimentary water, kettle, tea or coffee setup, only bath gels for toiletries, and housekeeping came once every three days. For a long stay, it didn't feel comfortable or satisfying. The rooms are extremely small and cramped. I couldn't sleep properly for the first two nights. Bathrooms are compact, and even a room with windows felt claustrophobic because the windows were opaque. This is strictly a budget hotel with very basic facilities.

That bed was so comfortable I could barely drag myself out of it in the morning! 😄 My room was clean, though the double cozy room without a window was very small and might feel cramped for plus-size guests. The patio and shared spaces were lovely, and the location was great. Most of all, the staff were incredibly kind and wonderful. I haven’t met people that lovely in ages. I had a really nice stay.

Breakfast is limited, but enough for basic nutrition. The hotel is clean and tidy, and there’s a safe and TV in the room, which was nice. It works well if you mainly need a bed and shower for the night, since there isn’t much else. The room is tiny, with the bed taking up about half the space, and there’s no closet. The walls are thin, and with the door right beside the bed you hear sounds easily, so I’d bring earplugs. If you’re visiting from outside the UK, bring an adapter. There are no USB-C charging ports, though you can buy an adapter from the vending machine.
