The hotel’s location is very central, with a supermarket right across the street for drinks and cheap meals. I was allowed to eat in the lobby, which was convenient, and the nearest station is very close. The staff were excellent. Every time I came in, they greeted me with a smile, took time to answer my questions fully, and checked if I needed anything else. I was on the second floor, but I’d suggest asking for as high a room as possible. Mine was clean and had no bugs. It had no window, which I would have preferred, but the modern air conditioner worked fine. The main issue is noise: a train line runs right under the hotel, and you can hear each train and feel the floor shake a little. I’d use earplugs, and it may not suit children or anyone who struggles to sleep with noise. This was my first trip to London, so I can’t compare it with other hotels here. For me, in my 30s, it was a good choice. Staying in London is about balancing cost with the comfort you need, and this place is central with relatively cheap coffee and food nearby.

Shay and Rem were so welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, and gave truly five-star service. Point A Hotel Paddington was clean, cozy and comfortable, in a really convenient area. I enjoyed staying here and would gladly come back. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting London.

The room was really small, but the hotel was neat and clean, and the location was super convenient, so I was very happy with my stay. This was my first time in London, and I stayed from 23-25/5 to watch the arsenal v crystal palace game. Rem was especially welcoming and sincere. I enjoyed my time here.

Check-in was a breeze, and they’d arranged the extras we’d planned: balloons, wine and a welcome card. We had an accessible room with a window view, and it was cozy, nice and clean. The hotel is right next to paddington station, which made for a great start to our London trip.

Breakfast was very good, with quality French and Danish pastries, fruit, meat and cheese. They’ve kept it continental instead of trying to do an English breakfast. The room is fine for a weekend if you haven’t brought luggage for two weeks. It was clean and warm, and the shower was good. I’ll definitely stay here again for an overnight visit to London.
