Premier Inn Heathrow Airport Terminal 5

We liked the good price, convenient location, and clean, cosy room with nice decor. The bar and restaurant were very clean too, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Fatima welcomed us and was attentive and polite, taking time to make sure we had everything we needed for breakfast. We told her we’d enjoyed our stay and were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Five minutes later she came back with a box of chocolates as a gift. We were so surprised. It was incredibly kind and thoughtful, and something we’ll never forget.

The staff have been friendly and helpful, and the room has nearly everything you need. For a “budget” hotel, I’m very impressed with this location. The bed and duvet were comfortable, the room was quiet, the blackout curtains worked well, and the air conditioning worked really well. The tub could use a deeper clean, and it’s narrow with very tall sides. I also couldn’t get the lights on until I called the front desk and learned that the room card has to go in a reader beside the door. That should be noted somewhere. The TV should have a closed caption option.

Everything else about my stay was excellent, which makes what happened especially disappointing. I realized afterward that my second phone, a Samsung, was missing. The room attendant who cleaned Room 416 and organized my things on Wednesday, 27/05/2026, was the last person known to have been in the room before I noticed it was gone. I’d been ready to give the hotel five stars. I hope management investigates this seriously and thoroughly.

Breakfast was fantastic and plentiful, and during our stay it was served from 05:30. Jacob looked after us from the moment we arrived and was super friendly, which made the experience even better. The bar service was just as quick and friendly. Check-in with a real person was incredibly efficient. We got all the information we needed in under two minutes, perfect after travelling. I wish every hotel did it this well.
