Premier Inn London Docklands - Canning Town

The front desk lady was especially helpful, and the service was the best part of our stay. The room was impressively spacious and clean, and breakfast had plenty of choice. The location was great, too.

We were a group of ten, and everything went smoothly. The food was far better than we expected and great value for the money. Tarangy deserves a special thank you for being so warm and friendly, and for giving such excellent service. From the moment we arrived, all the staff were welcoming, attentive and kind. We had a brilliant stay at Premier Inn Canning Town.

Ms Labone made a huge difference for our family. One of our family members is autistic, and she treated him with patience, dignity and kindness. She made sure our room suited his needs, and even prepared special tea for him while we waited for a taxi. Her care and professionalism went far beyond what we expected. The hotel was clean and the room very comfortable. Our Premium Plus room had everything we needed, including a fridge with complimentary water, tea and coffee, and an iron and ironing board. The lounge was a good place to relax, and transport to ExCeL London and other parts of the city was convenient. We've stayed at other Premier Inns, but this experience has made us lifelong fans. Thank you for making it special.

Jannatus checked us in and was helpful, informative and welcoming from the start. The friendly reception really improved our visit, and this will be our first choice for future London trips. We've stayed at other Premier Inn branches, but this was our first time in Canning Town. It's a decent budget hotel in a very good spot near the Tube.
