The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean and tidy. The location was fine. Our trouble was the service at the restaurant. We'd booked for opening time, and there were only about five tables, but the wait was still around 45 minutes. The other four tables got their food within about 15 minutes, finished dessert and left while we waited. The first waiter was polite but very quiet, hard to hear, and didn't seem to know the menu when we asked about the meal deal. A different waiter told us it would be five minutes, but ten minutes later there was still no food. My pizza was freshly cooked and fine, though a little doughy from being rushed, which I don't mind. My partner's katsu curry was lukewarm. When I asked the second waiter for dessert menus, he dropped them on the table and said, “here.” I found that disgusting, especially since the manager says this is a nice restaurant and guests shouldn't be treated that way. When I asked to speak to a manager while ordering dessert, the waiter pointed her out instead of getting her. I explained what had happened, and she apologized and said it was busy with only one chef. It wasn't busy, and they should have warned us about a longer wait if there was just one chef. She offered free drinks, which wasn't what we wanted after that service. We left the drinks untouched and went to the bar to pay. My partner raised the problem with a staff member, who got the manager. When we explained that communication with the staff hadn't been good, we were indirectly accused of racism. I clarified that I meant the rudeness and difficulty hearing the waiter, not anything else. There was no apology. My partner mentioned the cold food, and the manager rudely suggested going into the kitchen to watch it being freshly made. We kept explaining our concerns, and eventually she offered free parking. We ended it there, though there was much more we could have said. You don't expect this treatment on holiday, especially to be accused of racism when you're part of the LGBT community and I'm half Iranian. Disgusting.
The hotel is always lovely and clean, and I keep choosing it because the Tube station on the Central line is a ten-minute walk away. Now the Elizabeth line is another option too. I was very happy with my stay at Ealing Broadway Premier Inn. A special thanks to Shareef, who helped us during a busy breakfast and accommodated all our needs, especially with our food intolerances.
The breakfast was hot and plentiful, with a nice cold selection of cereal, pastries, yoghurt and fruit. The gentleman hosting and seating us, SHAREEF, was especially friendly and helpful, and made sure we had what we needed and knew we could ask for anything else. The rooms were spacious, clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We arrived a couple of hours before check-in, and the kind gentleman at reception stored our bags in the luggage room. As a family of four, two adults and two older teenagers, we booked two rooms and emailed soon after booking to ask for them to be close together. The hotel kindly agreed and put us directly opposite each other. It's well located in a nice area, with friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and a great breakfast. We've had a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to book again. Thanks to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable.
The location worked really well for getting around London, with public transport, shops and restaurants nearby. I found the room quiet and roomy, and the bed was very comfortable. The whole place was clean and clearly well looked after. Check-in and checkout were quick, and the staff were friendly and professional whenever I needed help. It was good value, and I’d be happy to stay at Premier Inn Ealing again. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting London.
We come back to Premier Inn Ealing Broadway every time, and the rooms were clean and comfortable again. The welcoming feel was there too. Farhana and Sahgita deserve a special mention for the care they showed my father, who has coeliac disease. They took time to understand his dietary needs and make sure they were catered for. Their kindness and attention gave us real peace of mind. Thank you both!
