We picked this Premier Inn at the last minute for a London theatre trip, mainly because we wanted somewhere near the Tube. It was easy to check in on arrival using the automatic system, and the hotel and room were both really clean. There’s parking, too. The bed was comfy and we slept well. With checkout at midday, there was no rush in the morning. Glykeria was lovely when we checked out. We usually choose Premier Inn for clean rooms at a reasonable price, and this one didn’t disappoint. We’ll book it again!

We came down to London for the Arsenal parade on 30-31st May 2026, and the service and food were excellent. The parking was very good, and our room was nice and clean. Thanks to Premier Inn at London Edgware for helping make the weekend enjoyable.

Ali and Ashir were so friendly and welcoming at breakfast, and made the experience really nice. The breakfast was fresh and lovely, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. A wonderful stay, would 100% recommend.

I’m spending a couple of days resting at the premiere after surgery, and my mobility is limited at the moment. Charles, a gentleman in the restaurant area, was there whenever I needed something. He was so hospitable and nothing felt like too much trouble. He’s a great example of how people in hospitality should treat their guests.

COMPLAINT. My reservation was made through a 3rd party, and I’ve been trying to arrange an early check-in for 6th June 2026. What should have been a simple request has turned into more than two hours on the phone with different Premier Inn representatives. I also contacted the booking agent, but still have no update. I regret booking with Premier Inn because I never expected nobody to take ownership of the issue. The response to my complaint was lacklustre and makes it clear it wasn’t read properly. I explained who I’d contacted, yet the reply just told me to contact them.
