The only downside for me was that the air con was a bit noisy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and staff were hardworking, cheerful and always helpful. Breakfasts were excellent and really well organised despite how busy it was during the February mid-term school holidays. Evening meals had a good variety, were good quality and child-friendly. The hotel is well located, with plenty of seating in the lounge and restaurant.

It seems good value for the location, and the clean rooms and comfy beds worked well for a leisure stay. There’s relatively good soundproofing, though rooms facing the train tracks can have noise issues. The wifi was incredibly slow. Most concerning, the fire alarm went off three times during my four-night stay, including once in the middle of the night. It was really disturbing. We were told guests taking hot showers with their bathroom doors open had caused it, so maybe a sign on the toilet doors asking people to close them before showering would help.

We were really impressed by the reception and downstairs area, with lots of comfy sofas to relax on or wait. Our room was a great size and so clean. The restaurant was fantastic too. Because of a back injury, we needed different chairs and the staff were a huge help. Brilliant place, we'd recommend it and come back.

The rooms were surprisingly quiet despite being so close to Hammersmith Apollo Theatre and Hammersmith tube station, both about five minutes away. Beds were comfortable, staff friendly, and breakfast had a good range. There were a few gluten free choices, though getting them took a while while a staff member fetched them from the back. Weekend breakfast was very busy, but we got seated quickly. We'd happily return and recommend it for a pleasant stay.
