Premier Inn London Harrow

There are some good places to eat in Harrow, and the neighbourhood is pleasant. Sainsbury’s across the road is handy for last-minute things, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast at Beefeaters has a decent range of hot food, cereal, drinks, and sweet pastries. Our room for three felt small, and I think there should be at least one charger near the bed. The bathroom was tiny but enough for one person. Some rooms are in another building, a short walk across the front car park. The nearby Kenton tube station is only a few steps away, but service is poor, and we found it closed over a long weekend. Northwick Park station is a six-minute walk and had full service. Overall, good location and local amenities. Hope to visit again.

Parking was great, and everyone on staff we spoke with was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Harrow is handy for Wembley and central London, with a tube stop about five minutes away. You know what to expect at a Premier Inn. This one was fine, somewhere in the middle of the ones I’ve stayed at. I’d stay again.

Getting to the OVO arena from here was easy, and I’d happily come back. We slept well, with a comfy bed and no traffic noise outside. The TV worked, and the WiFi, which had recently been fixed, worked fine for us. There’s extra tea and coffee available at reception if you need it. Check-in began on the self-service machine, then a staff member came over to help. I didn’t catch her name, but she asked about our stay and was very friendly. It was a lovely experience from the start.

The stay was good, but breakfast was a real letdown. It felt like a cattle market, there wasn’t much choice, and everything had run out, even the plates. When we asked whether more food was coming, we were told there was one chef. On a Sunday morning, the busiest day of the week. Very disappointing.
