Premier Inn London Putney Bridge

The reception team made the trip feel special, especially with how friendly and attentive they were. Check-in and checkout were easy, and after checkout they let us leave our luggage there, which was a huge help. The room was comfortable and had what we needed for a restful stay. Thanks to everyone for the genuine hospitality. We had a really pleasant few days at the Putney Bridge Premier Inn and will definitely return.

The cheerful artwork and feel-good pamphlets seem to insist everything is fine, while the bathroom still has the same warped MDF. It feels like a 1970s boarding school about to shut for lack of funding, or a borstal, though perhaps that comparison is unfair since you can come and go freely. Bravo, Premier Inn, quite the time warp.

The location is excellent for buses, the underground, and the Uber Boat, and breakfast was good and regularly replenished. Most of the staff were friendly, though the bedroom cleaner was unpleasant, never spoke or smiled, and reacted badly when I asked for fresh towels. I didn’t need the room cleaned during my four-night stay. The hotel needs a full renovation to meet usual Premier Inn standards. The air conditioning didn’t work, but at least the windows opened for fresh air. Wi-Fi was poor, and the shower had very low water pressure.

Ms. Monica at reception looked after us from the start of our stay to the end. She was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and always smiling. Thanks as well to Mario and Evy for their work at the hotel. Premier Inn at Putney Bridge is well placed in West London for Fulham and Chelsea matches, with the underground a two-minute walk away and Wetherspoons just across the bridge. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
