Room 7 was right across from the stairs, so every creak and bang came through whenever people went up or down. Even those trying to be quiet could be heard. If you're a light sleeper, ask for a room further from the stairwell. Aside from that, the room was clean and comfortable, the beds were great, the air conditioning worked brilliantly, and the free parking was a big plus. Remember to enter your reg plate in the machine by reception. We stayed before Oasis, and the reception team were amazing. They got us an early check-in so we could drop our bags, and couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. Thanks for making the stay pleasant. We had hoped to have lunch at the restaurant, but it had closed down. That hadn't been mentioned when we booked the room last year, so bear that in mind when booking.

The room was clean and airy. It was nearly empty midweek, so the price felt a bit high. A young man at reception was very polite and gave me useful advice about the area and the building's history.

The hotel was well run, and the team's warmth and professionalism made my stay memorable. From arrival, everyone was welcoming, attentive, and keen to make sure I was comfortable. The management deserves credit for creating such an organized, friendly place. An Indian woman on the night front desk was especially kind and polite. When we came back from outside with some things, she helped us carry them upstairs, which I really appreciated. The staff's attitude and care made me feel valued. I highly recommend the hotel for comfort and quality, and I'll definitely return.

We had a great family stay. It was peaceful, everything was good, and the environment was child-friendly. There was also a spacious car park.
