Premier Inn London Southgate

The hotel was clean, spacious and nice, and the staff made the stay wonderful. Foyaj and Laylee were professional and friendly as managers, and Anjith and Linda were attentive and caring. Chef Caine was kind too, while Ibrahim and Nikolata gave next-level service. They all went out of their way to accommodate our needs and were happy to help. The place was well kept, and the extra time and care from the team brought that “premier” touch to this Premier Inn.

Laylee was especially attentive and helpful, and the rest of the team were helpful too. The hotel covered all the bases and the service was great. A fridge in the room would have been nice.

I looked at booking this hotel during the heatwave because I have a medical condition and no access to AC. Seeing that they had more than doubled their prices for the hottest days completely put me off the brand. I understand surge pricing for holidays, but charging that much during conditions that endanger public health is shocking.

We spent four relaxed nights here as a family with young children. The rooms were clean and breakfast was good, but the staff were what really made the stay. They were all pleasant, smiling and helpful, and nothing seemed too much to ask even though they were busy and short staffed. Lily, Ebrahim and Anjith deserve a special mention for going above and beyond to make us comfortable. We'd definitely come back and recommend it.
