Premier Inn London Uxbridge

We came for a weekend concert at Emirates stadium, and this was easy to reach, about a 15-minute walk from the underground. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and well looked after.

I stayed three nights, and there were several problems. The dryer was broken, using the kettle caused a power outage, and some of my belongings went missing from the room. I think housekeeping accidentally took my things from the bed while changing the bedding, perhaps wrapped in the hotel blanket. The short, curly-haired night-shift staff member had no service mindset. His attitude was irritating, and he was completely unhelpful. The hotel should check the personality and attitude of the man working the night shift at the front desk.

We were back at this Premier Inn last week for a couple of nights, after staying here several times in recent months. As before, the staff were extremely attentive and helpful. Raakesh, the deputy manager, deserves a particular mention for always going the extra mile. The rooms are consistently clean and comfortable, parking is easy, and it’s convenient to get into Central London.

Raakesh gave me a warm welcome and went out of his way to find me a quiet room, as I needed an early night. I slept really well in the comfortable bed, and the room was nicely appointed. It had everything I needed before an early flight the next day. This was a perfect overnight stop near Heathrow and the best of the few Premier Inns in the area I’ve tried. The location is just outside Uxbridge Town Centre, but close enough to walk in for whatever you need. There are pleasant walks along the canal nearby and some lovely pubs, plus free parking. This will be my regular hotel in the area.
