Premier Inn London Wembley Stadium

For the price, it was fairly reasonable, cheaper than the Hilton, though still not what I'd call the usual price. We had a friendly check-in and a great room on the 13th floor overlooking Wembley Stadium. It was spacious and comfortable, with a good bed, coffee-making facilities and decent air conditioning. Some things were rough around the edges. The bathroom had towels for just one person, the bar was seriously understaffed, and maintenance seemed to have disappeared. The men's toilets were horrible, with a sink taped off, and the bar seating was ripped. The keys in the lift were taped on too. Still, it's a great location and a comfortable room. It's a Premier Inn.

Good spot for shopping, eating out and events, with reasonable prices and good service. The vending machines came in handy for emergency snacks or toothpaste. Parking is validated for the Red car park across the road, which was really helpful. I like using the self-service check-in, though there weren't enough staff at reception to talk to if you needed help.

The staff made this stay feel special. We were there for my daughter's fourth birthday, and while we were out for dinner they decorated our room with balloons. They also left a birthday card and a goodie bag full of treats. Such a sweet, thoughtful surprise, and it made her day, and mine too. The room was spotless and comfortable, with fresh bedding and lovely cleaning. The hotel itself felt clean, accessible and very safe. I was travelling alone with my four-year-old and felt completely at ease, especially with key fob access at every door and the main doors locked late at night. We asked to change rooms and got a great view of Wembley Stadium, which is directly opposite. London Designer Outlet is next door, with lots of places for restaurants, breakfast, coffee and even a Cineworld. There's a little kids' playground downstairs outside the outlet, which was perfect on slower days, and plenty of good photo spots nearby. The car park is opposite, and the hotel can give a discount if you stay over six hours. I'm not sure about prices, so it'd be worth checking ahead. Wembley Park Underground is a short walk away, with buses nearby too. Getting into central London for the day was easy on the Jubilee line. Mundo Pixar Experience and Bubble Planet were the reason for our trip, and both were just around the corner, about a seven-minute walk if you walk fast like me. The staff really made the experience better, and I'd definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a special visit!

We booked through the app and checked in at the machine, so we didn't have to queue at reception. The bar was fairly priced, and the staff there were polite and helpful. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. We didn't eat at the restaurant because we'd made other plans, so can't say how the food was, though it looked like good value on the website. We came for one night to watch the Lionesses play at Wembley, and the hotel was close to the stadium, train station and restaurants. It suited us perfectly and was good value. I'd stay again. My only small gripe was that the fixtures and interior looked a bit tired and could use a cosmetic refresh, but at least everything was clean.
