I booked through Expedia and stayed for a couple of nights. The apartment was spacious and clean, with all the necessary things available. Its location is ideal, within walking distance of the bus stop. I’ll definitely stay here again if I visit London.

As a neighbour, I’m appalled. I was kept awake until 4 am by what looked like underage people playing loud music and screaming into microphones. When I asked them to turn it off at 3 am, they were obnoxious, rude, and intimidating. I would love to speak to the owner.

We were actually staying at the Lara apartments, but my partner and I spent more than an hour walking up and down the street and nearby side streets searching for a building called Rainbow Tower Bridge. It doesn't exist. The emails and text should have told us to look for a Lara apartments sign. Instead, I was stressed and worried we'd been conned. Using Rainbow Tower Bridge to attract customers without explaining this is misleading. Please make it clear that there's no building by that name.

For the same price as a budget hotel, we got a lovely, clean apartment with all the facilities. There isn't a reception, though, and we were lucky the person on duty noticed us. I'm not sure how long we might otherwise have waited around. It was no drama for us, and I'd stay again.

This seems to be used as a party venue and needs investigating. There was a huge disturbance on 11 November that went on until 6 a.m. There was another serious disturbance on Saturday 13 January, and police were called. Further 999 calls were made on 6 April after a violent disturbance in and around the apartments.
