The location made this a great base in the heart of London, and the studio had a really comfortable bed plus a small kitchen with plenty of useful amenities. I’d happily recommend it to travellers looking for a comfortable stay. The room was cosy, though I’d have liked carpet to make it feel more comfortable and improve the overall feel of the rooms. The heating and air conditioning were controlled remotely and set to heating only, which seemed like it might be a cost-saving choice. Since it was the end of April, being able to adjust the temperature in each room would have been a real improvement. We had to open the windows, and traffic noise came in. Staff offered us a portable fan. There wasn’t any housekeeping staff available at night, but when we had a toilet issue, the lovely woman at the front desk came up herself and helped sort it out. Sorry, I’ve forgotten her name.

The location was handy, but the hotel still felt peaceful and welcoming. We had a lovely stay and can’t wait to come back. Somehow, they even managed to arrange some of London’s finest weather for us! Annette and her wonderful team looked after us from the moment we arrived, going above and beyond around the clock to make sure we were comfortable and supported. Their warmth, attention, and professionalism made a big difference. Our room was immaculate, with a lovely bathroom and an excellent kitchenette. Everything was kept to a high standard. The beds were refreshed regularly, and the beverage caddy was topped up consistently, which made the stay feel effortless and luxurious. A truly outstanding team and an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended.

The team on site was fantastic, especially Antonio, Klaudia, and the rest of the staff. Lincoln Suites Hotel was a wonderful place to stay, and I’d highly recommend it. Our suite was spotless, modern, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped. It felt much more like home than a typical hotel room. The design was lovely, too. The location is quiet and elegant, yet very convenient for exploring central London. Attractions, restaurants, and transport links are all an easy walk away.

Esha made check-in and checkout easy and was very helpful. Thanks for the excellent service. This was one of our favourite London stays, mainly because it’s so close to Covent Garden, West End theatres, and great restaurants. Our one-bedroom room was clean, spacious, and well equipped, with a full kitchen and a Nespresso vertuo for coffee. It came with 2 caffeinated pods and 2 decaf, and the in-room sign said more could be bought at the front desk. There’s also guest laundry in the basement. The rooms are nicer than the shared areas might suggest. It’s more apartment style, with a doorman-style front desk. If a lobby, restaurant, or impressive hallways and elevators matter to you, those aren’t here.

The room was big and lovely, and the area was perfect for theatres. But it got so hot and stuffy that I felt like I was suffocating. I couldn’t open the window. When I asked staff the next morning, they said they could unlock it, and that there was no air conditioning. Guests should be told that they need to ask staff to unlock the window and that there’s no cool air conditioning. In reply to the response below, could you contact me to discuss my stay? Nobody mentioned the lack of air conditioning, a fan, or the locked windows. There was an information sheet in the room, but none of that was on it. Why not? The controls looked like they had a cool setting, which made it even more confusing.
