A great park for a long stroll, especially along the forest trail. There’s a nice café, too, and the playground is pretty good, though it gets busy. The pool in the playground hasn’t opened for years, unfortunately. Hopefully they’ll clean it out at some point. Nothing else to add, just a lovely park 🙏

I spent an hour sitting on the grass here. It was such a peaceful, relaxing time, and it’s a beautiful park.

There’s loads of room to do things here, with sports areas including tennis courts, a mini zoo, and a coffee shop. It’s really well looked after and has become one of my favourite parks in London ✨

With open spaces and wooded areas to wander through, this is a large, scenic park run by the City of London. There’s a café, two toilets, and plenty of recreational activities.

There’s lots for families here. The two play areas have climbing frames, wooden swing stands, picnic benches, and fences around the different sections that also give you somewhere to sit. Kids can also splash in the sloping paddling pool, which I assume gets filled when the weather warms up. Adults have a fun putting green, and the mature trees are great for some shade at a picnic. The daffodil field should look amazing once everything blooms, but it’s been too cold for lots of plants to come through yet. Right now, there’s less color than in more manicured parks in places like Westminster, where more is spent on shrubbery. The café looked nice, but I’d brought my own food, so I didn’t queue. My companions tried to get drinks and came back empty-handed and really annoyed. They said the sign saying cards only was far too small. Vendors, please make signs big enough for seniors and families to read from three or four yards away.
