Our host was fantastic: friendly, quick to respond and very helpful. Communication was smooth, and we felt well looked after. The apartment was spotless, well maintained and had everything we needed, so it really felt like a home away from home. It’s in a great, safe neighborhood with everything nearby. Big Ben is about a 30-minute walk away, which made exploring London easy and enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. Highly recommend.

The flat was a little smaller than I’d have liked, but we mostly used it to sleep and store our luggage while we were out, so it worked well and was good value. Louise was a great host, and staying at her Pimlico property was a pleasure. It was well kept and had the basic amenities. The location was my favorite part, close to the city centre and tube station, so getting around was easy. I’d consider staying here again :)

The apartment was clean and very close to the tube station. Louise was easy to reach and communication was good. We had a lovely stay and would come back.

The apartment was very good overall, and the location was great. It could use some maintenance here and there, and the owner needs to make room to get it back up to standard. There are five flights of stairs to the front door, so it isn’t suitable for elderly people or anyone with joint issues.

Queen Victoria Apartments Louise communicated really well, and the stay was great. The apartment was spotless, with a modern kitchen and bathroom, and the cleaning service was reliable. It’s in a lovely area and the location is perfect. Highly recommend.
