Radisson RED London Twickenham

The evening meal disappointed me this time, but breakfast was excellent. Daniel Khushi deserves a special mention. He was attentive, professional, and charmingly funny, and brightened up the grey London skyline. I've stayed here a few times and can't fault the place otherwise. The rooms are spacious and beautifully clean, parking is a bonus, and I'll stay again.

What made the stay especially reassuring was how the team handled a bathroom accident: a glass item fell while the children were in there, and they moved us to another room straight away for our safety and comfort. Tsvetan took care of it so well, and the rest of our visit was comfortable. Donna, Gohar, and Pooja at reception were helpful, professional, and easy to deal with throughout. Sabina and Angelica always greeted us with a lovely smile when we passed the desk. We had a very good stay at Radisson RED Twickenham. I also liked the Skip the Clean program powered by MyGreenStay. It’s a nice way to support the planet, and we got complimentary drinks during our stay too.

After a long drive, it was a relief to feel looked after as soon as we arrived. The rooms were spotless and nicely presented, and breakfast had a tasty range of hot and cold choices. Donna and Sabina were lovely and helped arrange a late check-out.

The suite and its views over Twickenham, including the stadium, were breathtaking. We felt very lucky to have been upgraded, and really grateful to Sabina for making it happen. She recognised our loyalty as Red and Red members and made the visit feel special. We stay at the Twickenham hotel regularly, but this time Sabina’s warmth and professionalism stood out from the moment we arrived. She’s always welcoming, has an infectious smile, and pays such close attention to detail. Her service genuinely lifts every stay. We can’t thank her enough. She’s a real asset to the hotel and, in our view, deserves recognition, if not a promotion to manager.
