Red Lion Hotel, Hillingdon

The welcoming staff and good evening meal made this a really enjoyable stay. It has the feel of a lovely village pub, and the price was very good for what we got. Breakfast was included, along with two free drinks on arrival. I'd recommend it and would stay again.👍

The staff were the best part of our visit. It was my parents' wedding anniversary, and everyone, from the bar and restaurant team to the manager passing through, went out of their way to make it special. Their kindness really enriched the experience, and I was blown away by it. The service stood out, and the newly refurbished place looks lovely too. I'm so grateful to the team and management for treating my parents so kindly and wishing them a happy anniversary.

We stayed here for our Twickenham visit and would happily come back. The restaurant food was lovely, the staff were very friendly, and the rooms were exceptional.

The room was spacious and set up well for a family, with a little kids' corner, bunk bed, stickers and a child's lamp, plus a big comfortable bed for adults. The bathroom was roomy and well kept, with shampoo and body wash. Conditioner would've been a nice extra, and the towels were a bit stinky. We stayed one night and ate at the restaurant. The food was excellent and the drinks with dinner were genuinely outstanding. Breakfast had lots of choices, including a proper hot English breakfast. There was complimentary water and milk in the fridge, and they said we could get more downstairs. The hotel has lots of space and, though it's an older building, it's been renovated beautifully. I'd happily return. Edit, 2 weeks later: We got a much smaller room this time, which was fine. Everything was still nice and well maintained.
