My wife and I use this as our default hotel when we’re in London, and we’ve never had a problem during a stay. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly and easy to approach, and the street stays very quiet despite being in a fairly busy area. It’s in an excellent location and the prices are very reasonable. We’d highly recommend it.

We’d definitely stay again. The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff were friendly. Bottles of water in the fridge would be appreciated for making tea or coffee.

The room was small, the amenities very basic, and even drinking water wasn’t provided, yet the hotel was very expensive. The receptionist, who seemed to be an Indian man, came across as unfriendly and arrogant. When you need something and call reception from your room, nobody answers, so you have to leave the room and go to the desk yourself. The service doesn’t match the price. If you don’t want to regret it, don’t stay here. Avoid booking a room at this hotel.

I was shocked to pay 150 GBP a night for this worn-out, kitsch shoebox. The room was less than basic, and I was so cold that it woke me during the night. The central heating was off, while the central AC was set to a cold temperature.

It’s in a quiet setting, and my standard queen size bed room was very clean and tidy, with the amenities well managed. The room was a bit small. The WC basin was tiny, so water splashed onto the floor when I washed. Apart from that, no other comments.
