The room was spotless and just right, and breakfast the next morning was delicious. Bianca suggested the omelette, and she was right, it was gorgeous. Reception were amazing at check-in and spoiled my son, making him feel like a VIP. Joseph at reception was really friendly and kind to both of us. Thanks to the wonderful team. We’ll recommend the hotel to anyone visiting London.

The breakfast buffet had a tasty spread of breads, coffee, salad, eggs, meats, and more. Roberto did a great job seating all the people who came for breakfast each day. Our two-bedroom suite was perfect for us, with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and pillows, and a spotless interior that was freshened daily. Every staff member was welcoming and friendly. The location worked well too, with a bus stop outside and the Tube less than a 15-minute walk away.

Joseph really stood out for his service. He noticed us heading to the luggage scale with our bags for air travel, weighed each one, and made sure we didn’t have to lift a finger. He was pleasant, courteous, and very kind. He’s a great asset to the hotel and a wonderful person to be around. The room was great, and both the buffet food and service were excellent.

Roberto and Happy were so warm and made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful family stay, with clean rooms that were big enough for all of us. The staff welcomed our children and helped us feel comfortable. Breakfast had good choices for adults and kids, and the location felt convenient and safe for a family. We’d gladly stay again and highly recommend it to other families.

That kind of personal attention is rare. The Residence Inn by Marriott Warwick was clean, well maintained, and very comfortable, making it suitable for both short and extended stays. The hotel had a friendly, efficient atmosphere, and the team clearly takes pride in looking after guests. I’d highly recommend it in Warwick, and Joseph is a real asset to the team.
