The free WiFi and satellite TV made it easy to stay in, so I didn't get into Richmond town as often as I'd planned. I was working for three months at Heathrow for a large international airline, and they found me this lovely new two-bedroom premium apartment by the Thames, near central Richmond. It made being away from home much nicer than I expected. The place was spotless, with a large bedroom and a beautiful en suite walk-in shower. I got a warm welcome when I arrived, and the staff were friendly, always smiling when they saw me. I can't recommend the apartment enough. Thank you!

I came to Richmond for work and booked two weeks, but ended up staying six. The location was a real treat, close to Richmond Centre while still tucked away enough to be quiet. The accommodation was first class, and I couldn't fault the quality. I'd have no hesitation recommending it.

Even though the shops and restaurants in the centre of Richmond are only moments away, the location is quiet. My apartment was beautiful and new, with air conditioning, green heating and free WiFi.

Everything in my apartment was brand new and in great condition. The staff were really friendly and helpful, too. I'd recommend the Riverside apartments to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Richmond.

YES, she shouldn't have been rude, and your email system doesn't work. We've sent countless emails about a four-week stay and haven't had a single reply. That poor approach to customers is surprising, especially for a 3* hotel with no social media outreach. You'd think a customer taking the time to get in touch would be met with gratitude. Do better. Show some humility toward people willing to spend money on your business!
