The traffic noise could use better double glazing. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay. The rooms are a good size and decent quality for the price, and the people were welcoming and accommodating. I’d recommend it to anyone on a budget.

The beds were clean, and the room at least had tea and coffee, but we won’t stay at this budget hotel again. We paid £49 for one night, so it may be worth looking at other places nearby. The room felt shabby and worn, and the photos must be old. It wasn’t easy to find, and the staff weren’t helpful. There’s a sign calling it a B&B, but when I asked about breakfast, I was told there’s a cafe across the roundabout. Nothing else was provided, so bring your own towels. The doors slam shut and are noisy, especially at night. We’re not fussy, but this didn’t work for us.

There’s a large green space behind the property, where you can find a spot under a tree and read in peace. That was a lovely surprise, and we felt we got good value for our money. My family booked four rooms and we were all happy with the stay. The rooms were very clean, especially the bedding, and we appreciated having condiments ready for our first cup of tea. The property felt secure, and both the hosts and staff were really friendly. We’d book here again if we came back to the area. Thank you!

I got at most two hours of sleep. The walls are thin, the neighbours in the next room were noisy, and a gathering in the car park at 3am went on for well over 30 minutes. In the morning, we couldn’t work the gate and nobody came to help. Another guest assisted us after we’d tried to reach the owners for 20 minutes. I won’t be back.

The beds were comfy, the rooms were nice, and the owners were lovely and polite. There’s a big garden and a golf course nearby. They also have their own BBQ in the evening. We had amazing jerk chicken and rice, freshly cooked.
