Sapphire Apartments

The room smelled of mould, and there was a bad odour in the bathroom. We booked for three but got only two towels. One bed had a thin mattress that felt hard and uncomfortable, and the shower door was loose and swung open by itself. There wasn’t enough toilet paper for three people, especially since I used half a roll myself. In the early morning, people kept opening and shutting doors carelessly, even though the expectation was to keep noise down after 10:00 pm. We also found a spoon in the bathroom. I don’t know if this was a hotel or a zoo. The app showed a different postcode, then after payment they used the code for a good area so you’d think it was a good place. The photos didn’t match what I saw, including the cleanliness. It felt like a scam. I don’t recommend it. Horrible experience.
