The wellness focus and sustainability touches are easy to notice, and the hotel has a modern, laid-back feel instead of the stuffy atmosphere you get in many traditional London hotels. Its location near Notting Hill is handy for walking around, too. The spa and gym are outstanding, with facilities that feel state of the art and better than those at other city hotels. Food was excellent, and the service was both warm and professional. For me, this is London's best wellness hotel, and I'd happily stay again.

Whiteley's has changed remarkably since I saw it as a retail space, and this Six Senses is a lovely addition to the city. We were greeted by a very friendly team and shown to a spacious room. The bathroom was huge, with an especially large shower. Dinner in the impressive dining room was unusual and delicious, and the calm, relaxing lobby gave the place a different feel from a typical five-star London hotel. We were treated like VIPs, and our lovely dog was welcome too. I've stayed at other Six Senses properties and would love to come back here for the spa. I'm sure London will welcome Six Senses with open arms.

The breakfast buffet had a lovely range of choices, and we especially enjoyed the gym, which has much more equipment than a typical hotel gym. The staff made us feel very welcome and special throughout our wonderful stay at Six Senses London. We'd love to return.

The Whiteley building is stunning, and seeing its heritage features reused gives the hotel a special charm and makes the stay feel unique. We had a lovely time at the new Six Senses. The restaurants were fantastic, especially breakfast for its range and quality. From the personal welcome and room introduction to the friendly staff, everything felt five-star.

We came with clients for an event, and their happiness with our hotel choice was what mattered most. The team may be young, as some reviews have pointed out, but their enthusiasm is clear, and they really try to meet guests' wishes and go the extra mile. We all felt welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived, with the calm atmosphere, lovely scent, and obvious care from the staff setting the tone. The room details were excellent, from the snacks, product selection, and welcome note to turndown, sleep cream, quality slippers, and a great choice of pillows. Breakfast was wonderful, and the bar drinks were a real sensory treat that blew me away. We also loved the speakers. There was a Bang & Olufsen Beosound A5 in the room, which we used right away, and B&O speakers at the bar. A more fitting TV would have been the one perfect addition. Would we come back? Absolutely.
