So Kings Cross Hotel

There are plenty of places nearby to eat and drink, so you won’t get bored. The hotel is only a few hundred yards from King's Cross, with easy access to trains and the underground. My room had good facilities, including a full enquire, large-screen TV, air conditioning, and complimentary tea and coffee. It was a very good stay, and the room was big enough for what I needed, mainly somewhere to rest before heading out on my next trip.

The location was incredible, and the service was really good. We booked the cheapest room, which was absolutely tiny, but that was fine for a one-night stay. The receptionist was so polite.

It’s a nice place to stay if you just need somewhere to sleep for a few nights. The price is a little steep, but that’s down to the superb location, only a few minutes’ walk from St Pancras and King's Cross stations. The bed was really comfy, and the room was acceptable, though not great quality. There’s no window, but a skylight lets in sunlight and moonlight. The bathroom is fairly small. The toilet position is fine, but the sink could be bigger, and there’s no rack for soap, shampoo, or other toiletries. The shower was lovely to use, with strong pressure and hot water on demand.

The staff were very nice, and the hotel is really convenient for travel from King's Cross, just a five-minute walk from the station. My single room was small but enough for a night, with a comfy bed and a kettle, coffee, and tea. The shower was pretty good, though small. It was basic overall, but warm despite the snow outside. My room was a little noisy on Saturday night because it doesn’t have double glazing. I also could’ve used a bedside table and somewhere to hang my towel in the bathroom after using it. I’d recommend it to anyone after a cheap place near King's Cross.
