Getting around the hotel was a little confusing. Check-in was efficient, but check that your key card has the right floor, since room 3121, for example, is on the 1st floor and “wing” 3. Access from Terminal 5 is on ground (0) floor, outside the terminal. There’s a reasonably long covered walkway to the hotel, then an elevator to the lobby and other elevators to the rooms. The room was comfortable, warm, and quiet. The bathroom was impeccably clean; my friend enjoyed having a bath. The shower had excellent pressure and hot water. The beds were comfortable, and my friend liked the linens and bath products. The fridge had complimentary water and room for our food. We ate dinner at Vivre downstairs, see my other review. I’d definitely stay again.

The staff I spoke with were all pleasant and helpful. The room was quiet and clean, and the bed was comfortable. I only stayed one night, so didn’t get much chance to see everything the hotel offered. The location was excellent for an early morning flight.

The restaurant was very pleasant, and Christo made us feel welcome. I was grateful for that after 23 hours of travel. Our Superior room was okay, with robes and slippers provided. We asked four Terminal 5 staff where the hotel was, and none of their directions were clear. The hotel signs say 0. Unless you go all the way down to M&S and outside, you won’t find it. Use the lifts outside!

The staff made the stay for us. They were warm and attentive, and went out of their way to make everything run smoothly. Their care and professionalism really stuck with me, and I’d come back for that service alone. My husband and I stayed the night before an early flight from Heathrow, and the room was exceptionally clean and quiet. Just what we needed before traveling. The bed was so comfortable that it was easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep.

We stayed here before an early flight out of the country from Terminal 5 at Heathrow Airport. It was perfect for the night before a flight, with a comfortable hotel and an exceptionally comfortable bed. The walk to Terminal 5 takes only a couple of minutes, and the whole route is covered overhead.
