The apartment itself was gorgeous, clean, and had comfortable bedding. The staff were pretty quick to respond when we needed something. It’s in a great spot near Farringdon Station and bus stops, with lots of restaurants around. A blind or curtain in the living room would help. There were days we wanted to stay in, but the glaring sun made it hard to sit there. Otherwise, all good.

Stay away. It’s day three of my stay, and in the middle of a London heatwave the AC still isn’t working, despite engineers being sent five times. I’m already in a second apartment because the first had a ceiling that dripped at check-in. Staff are friendly online, but when it matters there’s nobody on site. Subpar experience.

There’s loads of space in the 2BR units. It feels like a full-size two-bedroom apartment, with the convenience of hotel check-in and checkout. We used the laundry, stove, dishwasher, and iron without any issues. Just be aware that buses are the main nearby transport, and they aren’t air-conditioned in London. In hot weather, riding them can be a bit of a drag.

The unit was new, clean, and really comfortable, with a great view from the balcony. Keypad entry made it easy to come and go. The location is very central, close to train and bus lines.

We had a lovely family stay in a clean, comfortable flat with plenty of room, and it felt secure. Getting to a bus stop or the Underground was easy. Check-in and checkout were straightforward, and communication was great when we had questions. They even arranged an early check-in for us despite the 24-hour check-in window.
