On our first visit to London, we were glad to find the hotel in a quiet area near Westminster Abbey, but still close to everything. St. James station is just steps away and easy to get around from. The bed was really comfortable, and the free coffee in the lobby each morning was a lovely surprise. Everyone was welcoming, and the bar and wait staff were fantastic. Hamza, our waiter in the Caxton Bar in the lobby, went above and beyond to accommodate us. We’d happily recommend staying here and look forward to coming back.

The staff and atmosphere at the St Ermin's Hotel made our first trip to London a great experience. We arrived Friday morning after flying all night Thursday, and the staff did an amazing job getting us into a room early. Dinner at the restaurant was a great experience, then we ended the nights in the lounge with fun, friendly bartenders. We can’t wait to return. Thanks for such a wonderful first visit to London.

We’re already planning another London trip and hoping to stay here again. The location is central, but the hotel feels quiet, and a taxi stand right across the way makes it easy to get a ride. Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace are all about a comfortable 10 minute walk away. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job. Breakfast was delicious, with so many choices that we didn’t have to repeat a meal. Nahid, one of the managers who’s often there at breakfast, was always happy to chat and share suggestions and tips. We also had a great time at afternoon tea. The tea and desserts were delicious, and Jacquline was a kind, patient server who explained everything and made us feel looked after. St. Ermin's Hotel went beyond what I expected.

The restaurant was delicious, especially the eggs with truffle and salmon. We also loved the sushi at the terrace, and the bar staff were really friendly. Service throughout was attentive, and the rooms were comfortable. The only letdown was the low water pressure in the showers. The location makes it easy to walk to many local attractions, while being tucked far enough from the main road to feel comfortable. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms felt a little small for our family of 5, but the hostess was very accommodating and offered us a larger room on our second stay. We saw 2 weddings while we were there, and the restaurant was very good. The breakfast buffet was awesome. It’s a wonderful hotel with lots of space for formal events, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we return to London.
