St. James' Court, A Taj Hotel, London

Housekeeping was wonderful throughout our stay from April 27 through May 5. Every day our room was spotless, with fresh towels and crisp sheets, which was especially welcome after long days out in London. The hotel also made our two birthday celebrations feel special, with decorations, banners, wine, cake, and toy ducks for the little ones. We even got a complimentary suite upgrade, which made our family stay more comfortable. Traveling from the USA could have felt overwhelming, but the staff made us feel cared for from the start. Everyone we met was kind and welcoming. Breakfast was a good start to the day, though a few more smiles from some of the breakfast staff would have made it warmer. Niveah was a standout every morning, with such energy, kindness, and hospitality.

The calm atmosphere made it easy to unwind after busy days around London, and the facilities were clean, comfortable, and well cared for. I also really enjoyed the food. There was plenty of variety, the meals were fresh and nicely presented, and the restaurant staff added to the experience with good service. St James’ Court has a lovely historic feel, with elegant architecture and a warm welcome from the moment I arrived. The staff were friendly and professional, and seemed happy to help. Its location made it easy to get to well-known London attractions, and I enjoyed wandering the nearby streets and seeing the landmarks. The place felt comfortable throughout my visit, and I'd happily return.

Rajani made a big difference to our stay. She was kind, attentive, and proactive, and went out of her way to make sure things were right for us. Her welcome felt very much in keeping with Taj hospitality. We also appreciated the whole team, from reception to housekeeping and service staff. Everyone was warm and professional, with genuine care and attention to detail. The comfortable atmosphere and level of service made our time there smooth and relaxing. The Indian food was a highlight for me, full of authentic flavor, and breakfast had a good range of choices. I also liked having the peaceful courtyard as a quiet break from the city. The hotel's location was a real plus, with Buckingham Palace and Westminster within walking distance. I stayed at St. James’ Court, A Taj Hotel for three days in 2019. The rooms were clean and comfortable after long days exploring London, and housekeeping was prompt. Staff were courteous and professional, always ready to help.
